Epay Manager is an electronic payment system developed by Level One Technologies, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri. The system was designed for the transportation industry, to deliver electronic payment and document imaging solutions to shippers, carriers and third party logistics providers.

As an innovator in electronic freight payables solutions, Epay Manager reduces the audit process, eliminates mail time, improves productivity and lowers costs. Epay bridges the communication gap between shippers and carriers and provides its members with valuable tools to more efficiently create and manage invoices and collect supporting documentation.

Epay works seamlessly with existing management and accounting systems so that members are not required to replace existing software. Epay also removes many costly and unnecessary steps inherent in paper-based, manual processing systems, resulting in an invoice process that is faster, easier and more efficient than ever before.
