When I first started using Epay, I was apprehensive about doing something so different from my other customers. Today, I’m writing to tell you how much I like the system and how easy it was to learn to use. My only regret is that more of my customers do not yet offer Epay Manager as a payment option.

The feature that I like best about the system is the ability to choose payment terms on each invoice. As you know, in transportation, cash flow can be uneven. It’s extremely helpful when a customer gives you the opportunity to choose when you will be paid. Thanks for your great customer service. You were very helpful to me when I first started using the software and now I feel like a real pro.

The Epay Manager site continues to improve.  When we first were paid through the software, it was very good.  Today, with the improvements that you’ve made, it makes the billing process a breeze.  As a large expedited carrier, we deal with many customers and the ease of using Epay has made me realize how much better our collection process would be if all of our customers paid with Epay.

To date, we’ve received over two million dollars in payments through your software and look forward to receiving many millions more.

I want to compliment your company for creating a payment system that truly addresses the needs of companies like ours. Most of the customers we haul for require lots of paperwork and specialized invoices, which can be difficult to manage. We love to be paid with Epay because we can fax in our paperwork and the invoice is automatically created for us.

With Epay, we know exactly when we are going to be paid and there is no fear of being told the check is in the mail or that it is lost. Also, not having to drive that check to the bank is a real time saver.
