Epay Manager can be accessed securely from any location. The system doesn't require any special hardware or software. Epay requires members to have Internet access, an active email address and a United States bank account.

Integrated members must have a transportation management system that stores data for export to Epay. These members must have a minimum of 100 weekly transactions to qualify for integration. These companies are also eligble to receive completed payment information to update accounting software.

For Epay Manager to function in its most optimal format, we recommend that you make sure you have the following settings on your computer.

• Screen Resolution set to 1024 x 768 (minimum)
• Color setting to at least 16 bit (High Color)
• 17 Inch monitor or larger
• High speed Internet connection
• Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher (Netscape 7.0 will work as well)

Make sure Internet Explorer is set to receive the newest version of a web page every time you visit. In your browser, follow these steps:

1. Click Tools
2. Select Internet Options
3. In the Temporary Internet Settings section click the Settings button
4. Select “Every Visit to the Page” as the default setting
5. Click Ok twice to return to your browser
