Pricing - Epay Manager v3.0

Epay is a web-based application that doesn’t require members to purchase special software or hardware or incur charges for membership, upgrades, technical support or user licenses. The only cost of using the system is a small transaction fee deducted from each successful payment.

The transaction fee includes all costs of the invoice presentment and settlement process, including all ACH fees and document imaging costs. Annual contracts are not required to use the system. If you'd like to register for Epay Manager without a contract, alternative pricing is available.
 
Transaction Fees

Epay transaction fees have been established to assure maximum value for our service at the lowest price. By exchanging payments and documents electronically, Epay eliminates many of the costly and unnecessary steps that are inherent in paper-based systems. It is generally accepted that the cost of processing a payer invoice is four to seven times greater than processing an invoice electronically. Because of this cost differential, Epay members process transportation payables in less time and at a fraction of the cost.

 
  No Set-up/Activation Charges
Registering with Epay has never been easier. Our automated registration process is quick, simple and free of charge. It’s designed to allow members to pay or receive payments in the shortest possible time.

  Epay Manager Transaction Fees
Transaction fees are deducted at the time the transaction is paid. There is no transaction fee if a transaction is not paid or if payment is reversed.

  Flexible Fee Allocation
Managing the transaction fee is the responsibility of the payer. Because the system is designed for maximum flexibility, payers have the option to pay the fee, or assign all or part of the fee to the payee. The system is also designed to allow members to customize fee terms for each payee.
