Delivery documents that are electronically submitted by the carrier
are instantly available for the shipper to review. The shipper’s
billing department is notified electronically and can view the documents
in a PDF format and review them for clarity and accuracy.
Automatic Indexing
The use of the bar coded POD coversheet allows Epay to automatically index
the documents based on the reference number provided by the shipper’s TMS.
This process assures a high level of accuracy when matching documents to
the proper invoice.
Integrates with Existing Imaging System
Documents that are received and imaged by the Epay system can be exported to a shipper’s existing imaging software. This feature relieves the shipper the time and expense of manually scanning and indexing paper documents.
