Carrier May Respond in 3 Ways

From the load details page, carriers have the opportunity to bid on each load.  They can accept your posted terms, or propose their own, by changing some or all of the fields displayed.  They can also decline the shipment.

Accept

Carriers use this option to offer an available truck to the shipper, using the exact terms proposed by the shipper.

Custom Bid

When a carrier has an available truck, but cannot match the shipper’s exact terms, the carrier can submit a custom bid, with one or more changes to the terms proposed by the shipper.

Decline

This option is used in closed networks when shippers require a high rate of response from carriers on available loads. This notifies the shipper that the carrier has no available trucks for this load.

Note: This page is the template used by carriers to submit a custom bid. These fields are editable by the carrier.
