From the load details page, carriers have the opportunity to bid on
each load. They can accept your posted terms, or propose their
own, by changing some or all of the fields displayed. They can
also decline the shipment.
Carriers use this option to offer an available truck to the shipper, using the exact terms proposed by the shipper.
When a carrier has an available truck, but cannot match the shipper’s exact terms, the carrier can submit a custom bid, with one or more changes to the terms proposed by the shipper.
This option is used in closed networks when shippers require a high rate of response from carriers on available loads. This notifies the shipper that the carrier has no available trucks for this load.
