Send Available Loads to Carriers

Shippers can reach out to their existing carrier base in the most efficient way possible by sending an interactive email of available loads. Epay takes available load data from the shipper's TMS and gives carriers immediate access to review the loads and compare them to their equipment availability.

Carrier Registration

Carriers must register with Epay in order to participate. Dispatchers have their own user accounts to monitor available loads.

TMS Exports Available Loads to Epay

Data is exchanged with the shipper's existing TMS, ensuring that the list of available loads is always current.

Customize the Distribution List

Send loads to all carriers in the shipper's private network or to all carriers registered with Epay. Carriers that have a negative service record can be blocked.

Use Pre-Qualified Carriers

Use carriers that have established contracts, insurance and a history of good service. This saves setup time, and eliminates the risk of placing cargo on an unproven carrier.
