Freight Distribution List
Shippers can reach out to their existing carrier base in the most efficient way possible by sending an interactive list of available loads. Epay takes available load data from the shipper's TMS and gives carriers immediate access to review the loads and compare them to their equipment availability.
 

Simplify Dispatch with Electronic Bidding
Participating dispatchers receive an email whenever new loads are available.  Alternatively, dispatchers can login to Epay Manager at any time and view a composite list of available loads offered by their customers.  Using links provided on the email, or on the available load list, carriers have the opportunity to bid on each load.

Bids are collected in real time and displayed to the shipper in the Epay Manager application. Bid details can be viewed by clicking the reference number of the load. This allows the shipper to review a list of bids. The dispatcher then selects the most qualified carrier and awards the load electronically.

  Reduce Telephone Calls
The carrier with the winning bid is sent an award email.  The other carriers are sent an email notifying them that the load is no longer available.  These emails reduce the number of incoming calls inquiring about the availability of loads or the current status of a bid.
